We start by listening—goals, wishlist, timing, budget. We walk the home, note structure and systems, and share realistic ranges so you know what’s possible in Holly Springs, Cary, Apex, Raleigh, and nearby.

We take field measurements and create accurate “as-built” plans. Then we develop layouts and refine them into a buildable design, addressing structure, plumbing/electrical, HVAC, and selections like cabinets, tile, counters, flooring, and lighting.
3) Scope, pricing & schedule
You’ll see a clear scope with line-item detail and good-better-best options. We talk lead times, set a target start window, and outline what affects price most, so there are no surprises.
4) Agreement, permits & ordering

5) Build with care
